Welcome, my name is Carl Hebert, and this is my website.

I am in my 79th year, and my goal is to live to 120. Everything on this site is what I am using to accomplish my goal.

I was born with Cleidocranial dysostosis (CCD), so I have had pain and health issues all my life. To make things worse, I crushed two vertebrae in 1995 while working. Through colonics, PEMF, Ozone, Rife treatments, and the right supplements, I am now living my best life. I dedicate my life to helping and teaching people how to live their best lives by reducing depression, pain, and illness.
